Brandywine Venture To Build $158M Philly Housing Tower

Law360, Philadelphia (February 6, 2013, 6:41 PM EST) -- Brandywine Realty Trust has entered a joint partnership with Campus Crest Community Inc. and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital to move forward with stalled plans to build a $158 million, 33-story student housing tower in Philadelphia, Brandywine said Tuesday.
