Law360, Dallas (February 6, 2013, 8:07 PM EST) -- A proposal from Texas lawmakers to adopt elements of the federal Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act into state law would give more ammunition to plaintiffs lawyers bringing discrimination suits, but its limited reach means employers would see little impact if the bills passed, lawyers say.
