EBay Coin Conspiracy Made Economic Sense, 9th Circ. Hears

Law360, New York (February 6, 2013, 6:15 PM EST) -- Universal Grading Service urged the Ninth Circuit on Tuesday to revive its putative antitrust class action against eBay Inc. over an alleged conspiracy to raise prices for certified coins in online auctions, arguing that it had shown the alleged conspiracy made economic sense.
