Ex-Pa. Judge Sues Ethics Attys Over 'Kids For Cash' Case

Law360, New York (February 7, 2013, 1:52 PM EST) -- A former Pennsylvania judge who says she was unseated after investigating two judges convicted in a $2.8 million “kids for cash” juvenile jail scheme filed a lawsuit Tuesday accusing two Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board attorneys of failing to pursue allegations she asserted in her probe.
