Tensions Rise As Jana Intensifies Push For Agrium Shakeup

Law360, New York (February 7, 2013, 4:50 PM EST) -- Activist investor Jana Partners LLC on Thursday told Canadian fertilizer company Agrium Inc. that it must double down on cost cuts and move toward a spinoff of its retail unit, responding to sharp criticism leveled last week by the company’s CEO.
