Citing Financing Concerns, Delphi Seeks Extension

Law360, New York (December 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Though Delphi Corp. has already filed a Chapter 11 plan, the bankrupt auto parts supplier is asking a judge for a three-month extension of its exclusive rights to file and solicit acceptance for its blueprint for exiting bankruptcy, just in case its plan doesn't garner enough support or win court confirmation.
