DePuy Hip Implants Failed At Troubling Rate, Doc Testifies

Law360, Los Angeles (February 7, 2013, 6:58 PM EST) -- The surgeon who installed a DePuy Inc. hip implant in a patient now suing the Johnson & Johnson Co. subsidiary told Los Angeles jurors Thursday that nearly one in five such implants later required replacement and had negative side effects he said were surprising.
