AstraZeneca Ends Ky. AG's Seroquel Suit With $5.5M Deal

Law360, Chicago (February 7, 2013, 3:43 PM EST) -- Kentucky's attorney general announced Thursday that AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP will pay $5.5 million to settle the state's off-label marketing claims for the blockbuster antipsychotic drug Seroquel, making Kentucky the latest state to resolve similar allegations with the pharmaceutical giant.
