Judge OKs Personal Injury Claims Against St. Vincent

Law360, New York (December 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The judge overseeing the Chapter 11 proceedings of St. Vincent Catholic Medical Centers — which emerged from bankruptcy this summer — has given approval to 19 parties with personal injury or wrongful death claims to pursue their cases against the health care provider.
