NLRB Recess Picks Renominated As GOP Seeks To Halt Board

Law360, New York (February 13, 2013, 5:31 PM EST) -- President Barack Obama has put forth two candidates to serve on the National Labor Relations Board who were previously named to the agency while Congress was on break, following a federal appeals court decision that found those recess appointments unconstitutional, an issue at the heart of House Republicans' Wednesday request for the NLRB to suspend its activity.
