Continental Sued Over Defective Mesh Defense Coverage

Law360, Chicago (February 8, 2013, 2:01 PM EST) -- Medline Industries Inc. sued The Continental Insurance Co. in Illinois state court Thursday, demanding that the insurer cover it in underlying lawsuits alleging that Medline distributed defective surgical mesh products that were falsely labeled under C.R. Bard Inc.'s brand name.
