Costa Concordia Crash Suit Belongs In Italy, Judge Says

Law360, Miami (February 8, 2013, 7:36 PM EST) -- Carnival Corp. successfully defeated another U.S. suit over the deadly Costa Concordia shipwreck when a Florida federal judge ruled Wednesday that claims filed by three passengers and their parents would be better heard in an Italian court.
