Ecuador Must Block $19B Chevron Judgment, Tribunal Says

Law360, New York (February 8, 2013, 12:56 PM EST) -- An international tribunal at The Hague says the Republic of Ecuador has breached its obligations under U.S. treaties and international law to prevent the enforcement of a disputed $19.2 billion pollution judgment ordered against Chevron Corp., the company announced Friday.
