NJ Lawmaker Calls For BPA Ban In Kids' Food Containers

Law360, New York (February 8, 2013, 4:40 PM EST) -- The legislative trend towards banning bisphenol A continued on Thursday as a New Jersey lawmaker introduced a bill that would make it illegal to sell or distribute food and beverage packaging intended for children that contains the chemical.
