Wrinkle Cream Co. Reaches $7M Deal Over 'Risk-Free' Claims

Law360, New York (February 8, 2013, 4:56 PM EST) -- A wrinkle cream maker on Thursday agreed to pay up to $7 million to settle a New Jersey class action accusing it of breaching contracts and deceiving consumers by failing to credit refunds and continuing to bill customers who canceled their memberships in its "risk-free" trials.
