Drugmaker Titan Ordered To Shut Down U.S. Operations

Law360, New York (February 8, 2013, 5:14 PM EST) -- California-based drug manufacturer Titan Medical Enterprises Inc. must shut down its U.S. operations after a federal judge ruled that the company failed to follow manufacturing regulations and illegally distributed unapproved new drugs, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration said Friday.
