US Coal Owes Pryor Cashman $2.5M In Fees, Judge Finds

Law360, New York (February 8, 2013, 6:42 PM EST) -- US Coal Corp. must pay Pryor Cashman LLP just shy of $2.5 million for its legal work on several acquisitions and other corporate deals, a New York state judge ruled Thursday, despite the company’s arguments that the firm had conflicts of interest and had overbilled it.
