DOJ Heads To Court Over California Oil Spill

Law360 (December 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has launched a legal attack on the owners of a container ship and its pilot, accusing them of breaking environmental laws when the vessel struck a bridge support in the San Francisco Bay and triggered a massive oil spill in November.
