Coke, GSK Dodge Cleanup Claims Over Ohio Landfill

Law360, New York (February 11, 2013, 5:27 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Friday said GlaxoSmithKline LLC, Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. and several other companies don’t have to contribute to a cleanup effort at a polluted Ohio landfill because the companies seeking payment are limited to a statutory claim that is time-barred.
