Litgo Fights Cleanup Share Of NJ Military Site In 3rd Circ.

Law360, Philadelphia (February 14, 2013, 2:24 PM EST) -- Litgo New Jersey Inc. squared off against the federal government and other former owners of a polluted New Jersey military site before the Third Circuit on Thursday, arguing that it shouldn't have to shoulder most of the cleanup costs at the site.
