Dow Shakes $2.6M Verdict In Asbestos Death Case

Law360, New York (February 11, 2013, 6:50 PM EST) -- A Texas appeals court on Friday reversed a jury's verdict that Dow Chemical Co. was liable for $2.6 million in an asbestos-related wrongful death case, finding that a key law had been misapplied.
