Employers Should Brace For More FMLA Leave Requests

Law360, New York (February 11, 2013, 9:08 PM EST) -- With the U.S. Department of Labor having recently issued regulations and guidance broadening the reach of the Family and Medical Leave Act, employers should gear up to receive an increase in leave requests from their employees and review their policies to make sure they are up to date when those requests come, attorneys said Monday.
