Law360, New York (February 11, 2013, 7:50 PM EST) -- An auction for 43 acres of Baltimore land earmarked for Turner Development Group's failed $1.2 billion waterfront project has been canceled in the wake of an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed Friday against a group affiliates over money due to a construction company and law firm.
