Foley Won't Be Barred From Work On Glycine Dumping Duties

Law360, New York (February 11, 2013, 7:11 PM EST) -- A Washington, D.C., federal judge decided Friday not to block Foley & Lardner LLP from representing Chinese glycine companies in a duty investigation, despite a Foley attorney's prior work for GEO Specialty Chemicals Inc., a major U.S. glycine producer.
