Amazon Says Watch Search Results Don’t Deceive Consumers

Law360, Los Angeles (February 11, 2013, 7:31 PM EST) -- Inc. urged a California federal judge Monday to toss a trademark suit over the results it provides in response to searches for Multi Time Machine Inc. watches, arguing that the search results are not likely to deceive consumers into buying competing products.
