VoIP, IPhone Called Out In Voice Mail Patent Suit

Law360 (December 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- After a recent settlement with Vonage Holdings Corp., Klausner Technologies Inc. filed an infringement suit against five new companies on Monday over its visual voice mail patents.

The defendants include Apple Inc. and AT&T Corp. over the iPhone and eBay Inc. over its Skype service.

The suit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, also names Comcast Corp. and Cablevision Systems Corp.
