JPMorgan Smeared Ex-Adviser To Clients, $3M Suit Says

Law360, New York (February 12, 2013, 2:51 PM EST) -- A former JPMorgan Chase & Co. investment adviser hit the company with a $3 million suit in New York state court Friday, accusing it of running a smear campaign to stop his former clients jumping ship after he left the bank.
