First Citizens Hit With $125M Claim In Window Co. Bankruptcy

Law360, New York (February 12, 2013, 10:31 PM EST) -- A Tennessee-based aluminum and vinyl windows manufacturer checked into Chapter 11 on Monday asserting a $125 million contingent claim against First Citizens National Bank, several months after the bank successfully won dismissal of the company’s previous Chapter 11 filing. 

Arrow Aluminum Industries Inc. declared $100 million to $500 million in assets and $1 million to $10 million in estimated liabilities in its federal bankruptcy petition in Tennessee federal court.

The company did not say why it had filed for bankruptcy, but it listed about $3 million...
