Agrium, Jana Fail To Compromise As Proxy Battle Looms

Law360, New York (February 12, 2013, 1:39 PM EST) -- The battle for control over Canadian fertilizer company Agrium Inc. continued on Tuesday after New York-based activist investor Jana Partners LLC, the company's single largest shareholder, blasted it for appointing its own new directors despite a call for a board shakeup.
