Veolia's Unjust Enrichment Claims Tossed In Spill Suit

Law360, New York (December 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A court on Friday threw out unjust enrichment claims brought against several companies by waste management company Veolia Es Special Services Inc. in a case over liability for a toxic rail car spill.

The dispute is over liability for a spill of coal tar light oil from a rail car during unloading in 2004.
