Pemex’s Suit Over $300M Cartel Gas Theft Trimmed

Law360, Houston (February 12, 2013, 8:49 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Monday ruled that Mexico’s national petroleum company couldn’t assert contract claims against Shell Trading (US) Co. and others in its suit claiming they bought and sold $300 million of natural gas condensate stolen from its pipelines by drug cartels.
