Union Sues FDA Demanding Full Report On St. Jude Probe

Law360, New York (February 12, 2013, 7:02 PM EST) -- A labor union sued the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in California federal court Friday, demanding that the agency release an unredacted report describing its inspection of St. Jude Medical Inc.'s Sylmar, Calif., facility in relation to safety problems with defibrillator implant leads.
