EEOC To Update Criteria For Gauging Investigation Quality

Law360, New York (February 12, 2013, 5:07 PM EST) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Tuesday asked for public input toward the development of a quality control plan that will revise the criteria the agency uses to measure the quality of its investigations and conciliations.

The update to the agency's quality control measures is required by the strategic four-year plan designed to maximize agency resources that the EEOC adopted in February 2012.
