Sky Angel Slams C-SPAN's Bid To Nix Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (February 13, 2013, 6:56 PM EST) -- Christian Internet television provider Sky Angel on Monday defended its antitrust suit against C-SPAN over the network's decision to pull programming from the service, arguing that its case belonged in federal court rather than at the Federal Communications Commission.
