Illinois, HHS Join Forces For Health Insurance Exchange

Law360, New York (February 13, 2013, 2:50 PM EST) -- Illinois on Wednesday became the latest state to receive conditional approval from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to run a state-based health insurance exchange, which it will run in partnership with the federal government.
