Judge Refuses To Step Down From NJ Accutane Cases

Law360, New York (February 13, 2013, 6:57 PM EST) -- Judge Carol Higbee rejected Hoffman-La Roche Inc.'s request that she recuse herself from Accutane personal injury litigation in New Jersey on Wednesday, saying that though actions by Roche's attorneys — including "disturbing" questions about plaintiffs' sexual history — made it difficult to appear impartial, she did not favor the plaintiffs.
