Minimum Wage Hike Proposal Heads To NJ Voters

Law360, New York (February 14, 2013, 8:30 PM EST) -- New Jersey voters will now decide whether to amend the state constitution to boost the state's minimum wage to $8.25 per hour and provide annual cost-of-living increases following final legislative approval of the measure on Thursday.
