Mintz Levin Starts Subprime Mortgage Practice Group

Law360, New York (December 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The latest to respond to the subprime mortgage crisis that has struck the nation, Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky & Popeo PC has formed a practice group dedicated to leading its clients through subprime fallout issues.

The Subprime Practice Group, formed roughly a month ago, consists of fifteen lawyers across several fields of expertise, including securities, bankruptcy and restructuring, governmental investigations, insurance coverage and real estate.
