Calif. Regulator Won't Review Nuke Plant Overbilling Claims

Law360, New York (February 14, 2013, 5:36 PM EST) -- The California Public Utilities Commission on Thursday rejected a call to examine alleged overbilling and securities law violations related to a Southern California Edison Co. generator replacement project at the company's San Onofre nuclear power plant, saying it had no jurisdiction over the claims.
