Texas Bill Looks To Simplify Procedures Of Agency Hearings

Law360, Houston (February 14, 2013, 7:38 PM EST) -- A Texas lawmaker on Tuesday filed legislation aimed at clarifying procedural deadlines in contested state administrative hearings and demanding increased transparency from agencies in an effort to level the playing field for private parties to the proceedings.
