Skadden Reps Sage Group In Asset Sales Worth $145M

Law360, New York (February 15, 2013, 3:22 PM EST) -- Business software vendor Sage Group PLC on Friday forged ahead with a plan to unload several of its noncore assets, raking in $145 million with seven deals that include the sale of its nonprofit-geared software suite to tech-focused private equity firm Accel-KKR.
