Appeals Court Orders UnitedHealth To Turn Over Docs

Law360 (December 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Health care provider UnitedHealth Group Inc. must turn over information about its stock option practices to the Minnesota attorney general, after a Minnesota appeals court upheld a lower court ruling ordering the company to hand over the documents.

In a decision handed down on Tuesday, the Minnesota Court of Appeals upheld an October decision by the Ramsay County District Court that ordered UnitedHealth to comply with a civil investigative demand filed by Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson.
