A former U.S. Bankruptcy Judge from 1985-2000, she advises companies on corporate and financial restructuring matters, and appears on behalf of debtors, lenders, trade creditors, equity investors and purchasers in bankruptcy cases, insolvency-related litigation and appeals nationwide. Fenning is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and has served on numerous boards and committees, including the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges, and the ABA's Commission on Women in the Profession. She is currently co-reporter for the Advisory Committee on Executory Contracts and Leases of the American Bankruptcy Institute's Commission to Study the Reform of Chapter 11....
