Universal Express Co-Defendant Settles with SEC

Law360, New York (December 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Former race car driver Mark Neuhaus has reached a settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission over his alleged involvement in an illegal stock scheme with luggage delivery company Universal Express Inc. and its top executives.

Judge Gerard E. Lynch of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York signed off on an order on Monday that permanently enjoined Neuhaus from further securities law violations.
