Universal Express Co-Defendant Settles with SEC

Law360 (December 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Former race car driver Mark Neuhaus has reached a settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission over his alleged involvement in an illegal stock scheme with luggage delivery company Universal Express Inc. and its top executives.
