GAO Removes Interagency Contracting From High-Risk List

Law360, New York (February 15, 2013, 9:07 PM EST) -- In its biennial update to its list of areas that a "high risk" of fraud and waste published Thursday, the Government Accountability Office removed the management of interagency contracting, citing an improved policy framework that addresses potential overlap introduces more transparency to the process.
