Leibowitz Tells Law360 He's Leaving FTC In Good Shape

Law360, New York (February 21, 2013, 6:24 PM EST) -- As he prepares to leave the Federal Trade Commission, Chairman Jon Leibowitz spoke with Law360 Thursday about his time at the agency, saying that he counts the FTC's work on privacy and its pursuit of pay-for-delay deals to the U.S. Supreme Court among his proudest achievements.

After eight years at the agency and four as chairman, Leibowitz will leave the FTC next week once the administration has decided who will replace him.
