High Court Takes Up Challenge To Campaign Donation Caps

Law360, New York (February 19, 2013, 10:16 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court said Tuesday it will hear a constitutional challenge to caps on an individual's political donations, a case that one proponent of the caps said could invite "legalized bribery" if the Republican National Committee prevails in its suit.
