Supreme Court Won't Hear Ex-Primary Global Exec's Bail Bid

Law360, New York (February 19, 2013, 12:13 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to consider the bail application of imprisoned onetime Primary Global Research LLC consultant Winifred Jiau, who claims a former Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP partner botched her defense during an insider trading trial.
