High Court Won't Review HHS Test For Equipment Suppliers

Law360, New York (February 19, 2013, 4:34 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court refused Tuesday to consider an industry group's petition that claimed Medicare's requirement for financial background tests in the competitive purchases of durable medical equipment would harm suppliers and gum up the bidding process.
