Patent Case Against Sprint Nextel To Go Forward

Law360 (December 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal court on Tuesday dropped Sprint Nextel Corp.'s request to be dismissed from an ongoing patent suit in Texas for lack of personal jurisdiction. The court found that there was enough evidence the phone company had operations in the state to at least allow for further jurisdictional discovery.
